How two friends built a game they actually wanted to play
Crystal Civilization started as a weekend experiment. One of us was learning web dev, the other had this idea for a slot game built around crystals instead of the usual fruit and sevens. We put together a prototype, shared it with friends, and people kept coming back.
So we kept building. Different bet options, multiple pay lines, session tracking. Each feature came from either a friend's suggestion or something we wanted ourselves while playing.
The game still runs on the same idea: match crystals, earn points, see how high you can go. We don't plan to add paid features. Right now it's still fun to build and fun to play.
